Founded by Liu Puduan and architect Jiahao, Another Art Museum is a large-scale, privately funded public art space nestled in the heart of Panyu District, Guangzhou. Designed by Jiahao, whose cross-disciplinary architectural vision shaped every corner of the building, the museum spans an impressive 10,095 square meters. Construction began in September 2019, and on February 1st, 2023, its doors officially opened to the public. Far more than just a museum, this space was conceived as a living cultural organism — a warm, community-driven hub that brings together people, art, and life. Its mission is to reshape the idea of public cultural spaces in the city, inviting visitors to immerse themselves in an interdisciplinary dialogue with contemporary art, and to co-create a vision of urban-rural cultural symbiosis. Rooted in experimentation and driven by a global perspective, Another Art Museum champions contemporary art practices, cross-media exploration, and community-based art projects. It seeks to bridge the evolving language of contemporary Chinese art with regional culture, technology, and the visions of emerging generations. Here, art is not confined to galleries — it grows with the spirit of innovation and inclusion.

Where Urban Rhythm Meets Artistic Soul

At its core is digital art. The museum offers a diverse system of exhibition halls: permanent collections of modern and contemporary works, special exhibitions in both contemporary and multimedia digital formats, and dynamic research platforms. It has formed strong partnerships with artistic and interdisciplinary institutions across China and beyond, actively expanding its involvement in global public art projects.

A Visionary Cultural Landmark in Tianfu New Area

As part of the Fortune Global 500 Guanghui Group’s commitment to cultural development, the company has made a landmark investment in Tianfu New Area, Sichuan — contributing to the vision of a world-class cultural city nestled within a vibrant park landscape. In 2019, Guanghui Art Museum was officially registered as a private non-profit institution, setting a bold new standard for China’s art scene. With a total floor area of 71,840.2 square meters, Guanghui Art Museum is the largest privately funded art institution in China. Far more than a museum, it is a dynamic cultural complex — integrating academic research, art education, archival preservation, international exchange, and public cultural services into a single, visionary platform. What sets Guanghui Art Museum apart is its rare model: a collection that existed before the building itself. Backed by the group’s extensive resources and longstanding commitment to artistic heritage, the museum upholds its mission: “Cultivating beauty, serving the people through art.” Its vision is bold yet clear — to become a world-class public art museum that celebrates Chinese ink traditions, preserves cultural memory, and explores the evolving beauty of contemporary art.

The Modern Trajectory of Chinese Art

With this focus, the museum builds its identity on five founding principles: guided by the spirit of the times, committed to innovation, rooted in history, enriched by culture, and anchored in academic research. Guanghui Art Museum aims to breathe artistic life into urban culture — connecting art with everyday life, and empowering a thriving artistic ecosystem for generations to come.

CULTURAL & ARTISTIC ENCOUNTERS ON AN INTERNATIONAL STAGE

In the heart of Chongqing’s Free Trade Port, the Hong Art Museum rises as a vibrant symbol of art, exchange, and cultural openness. Spanning an impressive 6,000 square meters, it brings together a modern warehouse, an inspiring artist studio, and a space for international dialogue. At the same time, it serves as an auction house and an exhibition venue with over 3,000 square meters dedicated to artistic vision. The museum is far more than a place of presentation – it is a driving force for cultural development in the region. Contemporary positions meet traditional Chinese masterpieces; new perspectives emerge through the dialogue between East and West. Thanks to its integration into the Free Trade Zone, the museum offers unique opportunities for the global art market – becoming a magnet for international artists, collectors, and curators.

Its generous exhibition spaces make world-class presentations possible

Establishing the museum as a beacon for art lovers throughout China. And its influence reaches beyond its walls: through educational programs and creative workshops, the Hong Art Museum opens doors for young talents and invites the community not just to view art – but to experience it.

A Space Where Art and Community Grow Together

Founded in 2008 and now rooted in Chengdu’s vibrant Tianfu New District, A4 Art Museum is more than an exhibition space — it’s a living hub of creativity, connection, and shared experience. With two architecturally striking locations, the museum invites people of all ages into the world of contemporary art, making artistic expression a part of everyday life. Driven by a deep belief in art’s social power, A4 brings together artists, curators, and communities to shape an open and inclusive cultural landscape. Under the leadership of founding director Sunny Sun, A4 has become a leading voice in southwest China’s art scene — curating bold exhibitions, launching grassroots education initiatives, and building bridges between local and global creative networks. With nearly 2,000 events and over 500,000 visitors, A4’s reach goes far beyond its walls. From children’s festivals to public art programs, from artist residencies to cross-disciplinary labs — A4 nurtures new voices and ideas, embracing co-creation as a guiding principle.

Since 2023, A4 has reimagined itself as a “new art museum” — an ecosystem of four dynamic pillars

A4 Art Museum, the beating heart of contemporary exchange and community dialogue. A4 Kids, inspiring young minds through playful and participatory learning; A4 Residency, supporting artists in collaborative, border-crossing creation; A4X Art Center, a platform for innovation across art, fashion, design, and beyond. At its core, A4 Art Museum believes in people. Every exhibition, every workshop, every encounter is a chance to spark imagination and bring us closer — to ourselves, to each other, and to the art that connects us all.

About the museums exhibitions

Art and commerce – two realms that, for many artists, seem to exist in constant tension. The question arises: Will this union compromise my artistic integrity? It’s a natural concern because art is not born from the pursuit of profit—it is a calling, a reflection of inner vision. The creative process is often a challenging path, filled with inner conflicts, a struggle between willpower, imagination, and endurance. But in the end, the true artist surrenders to this creative force, enriching not only their own life but all of us in the process.
What might seem like a routine task becomes a celebration when you dedicate hour after hour to your artistic expression. The hope for recognition always lingers. But is there anything more fulfilling than reaching a moment of true self-awareness? It’s like an epiphany that radiates from deep within, brought to life through talent and relentless creative energy. A work that emerges from one’s innermost vision and insight. So, why not share it with others? With those who might appreciate these visions and be eager to engage, explore, and converse about your creations?

Creativity yearns to be shared with the world. Now, the moment has come for you to be a part of something extraordinary. This is your chance to step into the spotlight and let your art shine.

This is precisely the mission we passionately pursue through Pashmin Art Museum Projects.

In collaboration with art museums and institutions worldwide, we curate the “Pashmin Art Circulation.” These exhibitions bring together artists from around the globe, fostering rich cultural exchanges. The diversity of this exchange is as vibrant and enriching as the array of works on display—ranging from paintings and sculptures to photography, video art, installations, and more.

Different kinds of international art

All highlight the unique artistic languages of selected artists. Driven by curiosity and the passion to create, these artists contribute their individual voices to the ongoing global dialogue.
Each artist has their own distinct, personal artistic language and understanding.
Together, they position themselves on a new map of the world, far from their home countries, as a symbol of our shared unity—a manifestation of love and friendship reflected through culture. In this exchange, both the cultures of the artists and the visitors to the exhibition learn from one another, discovering new perspectives and creating a deep, mutual understanding.

Art is essential.

Art holds systematic significance because it sparks our imagination;

the fundamental foundation for developing innovative solutions to future challenges.

The mission of Pashmin Art Consortia is to ignite profound intellectual and artistic dialogue between cultures, creating lasting bridges that will continue to thrive in the future. This exhibition seeks to demonstrate the powerful role art plays in deepening connections and fostering friendships across diverse worlds. To truly embrace the unfamiliar, we must first delve into its cultural roots, celebrate its unique qualities, and, most importantly, recognize the shared humanity that unites us all.
